An Ancient “King” Gets a New Crown

The building on Saxovej in Kolding is commonly referred to as the “Rolf Krake building” after the old legend king mentioned in Saxony’s Chronicles of Denmark.

Today, the building has been completely renovated and converted into apartments. The house has been modernised, and a new crown has been put on its “head”. A new second floor with roof terraces with DS Nordic Click Seam 475 cladding in dark silver adds a contemporary look to the residential property.
