Yvonne, Benny, Børge, Skjern og Varnæs and all the other characters from classic Danish comedy film series The Olsen Gang – where else can we be but Nordisk Film, one of the oldest film studios in the world, built on the old allotments sites in Valby.

All of Nordisk Film’s production buildings and office facilities have been renovated using the traditional trapezoidal profiles on roofs and facades.

The reddish facades, light-grey roofs and anthracite-grey window sections are an attractive colour match, precisely creating the nostalgic and almost folksy look you expect to see when visiting this film studio.

The scene is ready, the cameras are rolling, in one of the world’s oldest film studios – now beautifully renovated and ready for “Action!”
