Sydhavnen in Copenhagen has gained three new "classic" Copenhagen blocks with the construction of Køhlers Have, offering a cozy courtyard environment, community-building rooftop terraces, and 383 new homes for the district's residents.

Neighborliness is the focal point in the new residential construction on Borgmester Christiansens Gade, where footbridges are planned between the various rooftop terraces, creating direct connections between the buildings. In addition, there are large communal areas that invite neighbors to meet each other.

The buildings feature classic brick façades with a modern play of nuances and steel tile-red roofs. In addition to brick, the facade is also clad with our DS Nordic Click Seam 475, enveloping the top penthouses and completing the Copenhagen look with the tile-red color. DS Nordic Click Seam 475 adds a modern and classic expression to the roofs of the three residential blocks.
