A beautiful and economical solution – at the centre of Aalborg
The property company MA-ejendomme had decided, in collaboration with the architects’ office, Arkitekterne BJØRK & MAIGÅRD, that the new roof of this property was to be clad in copper. The choice fell on DS Nordic Klikfals in copper.
This roof plate distinguishes itself by not only being made from real copper, but also by its fast installation and excellent overall economy compared to the traditional design, amongst others. Manual folding performed at the construction site is typically costly.
Flashing, ridges, eaves, etc.
In collaboration with TomJacobsen A/S, DS Stålprofil A/S has designed a wide range of special flashings for e.g. attics with hidden attachment.
All roofing sheets and flashings for attics, ridges, eaves, etc. are manufactured in Hobro and delivered ready for installation.
Quick installation – Optimum economy
The beautiful copper plates are clicked together, so the assembly is as easy and fast as possible - especially compared to traditional copper work. Several of our faithful architects have already expressed great enthusiasm for the product, for which we predict a bright future.
On the project show, the DS Nordic Klikfals 275 in copper has been used.
